Intrauterine insemination (IUI)

Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a simple, painless, and relatively low-cost assisted reproduction method during which processed sperm is inserted directly into the uterus in the fertile phase of the cycle. The goal of IUI is to increase the chances of natural fertilization by reducing the distance sperm must travel to reach the egg.

However, for many couples, the concept of insemination brings uncertainties, doubts, or even fear. When is it applied? Does it hurt? Does it reduce the “naturalness” of conception? These questions can further increase anxiety for couples already facing psychological pressure due to conception difficulties. Delaying the decision to proceed with insemination can result in the loss of valuable time—especially for women of advanced reproductive age.

IUI is suitable for cases of unexplained infertility, mild male infertility (oligoasthenospermia), cervical factor issues, or when sexual intercourse is not fully synchronized. It also represents the first option when donor sperm is used. Despite its simplicity, IUI requires medical precision in planning and a carefully selected cycle—either natural or with mild hormonal stimulation.

At our facility, we offer individually tailored IUI protocols with complete safety, scientific grounding, and discretion. The procedure is performed precisely, with ovulation monitoring and laboratory sperm processing to increase the chances of success. Insemination is painless, takes only a few minutes, and does not require anesthesia or hospitalization.

If you believe IUI could be the next step on your journey to parenthood, we are here to provide guidance, respect, and full support. Insemination is not just a technique—it is an opportunity to bring life closer than ever before.
